1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Reson8 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Reson8 is a health tracking application that provides a Body Resonance Score based on metrics you input (sleep, activity, mood, nutrition). The App also offers AI-driven insights and coaching recommendations.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before making health decisions.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Free Tier: Basic tracking features with limited history.
Premium ($9.99/month or $79/year): Full AI correlations, unlimited voice logging, predictive alerts.
AI Health Coach ($4.99/month): Add-on for personalized recommendations.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5. Data & Privacy
Your health data is encrypted using AES-256 (Resonance Guard). We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
Reson8 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App. The Body Resonance Score is for informational purposes only.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the App or by contacting support@reson8me.com.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the App or email.
